A high-level Feasibility Study aims to ensure your project is realistic, financially viable, and well-positioned to achieve its goals. This includes creating a project brief, assessing budgets and constraints, and uncovering opportunities for innovation and sustainability.
Elevate your project with advanced 3D modelling and CGI Visualisations, offering a detailed, immersive view of your proposals and helping visualise options with clarity and confidence.

Package 1
Site Meeting & Ideas
Includes:
45 minute site visit to discuss possibilities.
Summary email of our discussions.
A look/feel page of precedent images illustrating potential ideas and opportunities.

Package 2
Feasibility Study
Includes everything in package 1 plus:
An overview of the planning and other statutory requirements of the site.
The development of an initial project brief.
Up to three sketch plan layout ideas.
High-level cost analysis.
A follow-up meeting to discuss the proposals.
Note that a reasonable plan of the site/building must be provided for the plan layouts (this could be from an Estate Agent or Purchase Plan, for example, as well as a measured building survey).

Package 3
Visualisations
Includes everything in package 2 plus:
Sketch 3D model of up to 3 design options.
Associated visualisations to illustrate each design proposall.
